high modular T 700 carbon fibre by Toray in JapanThe carbon front fender are made by using the compond moulding system with epoxy prepreg which
enable the maximum inner molding presseure to compact the carbon laminationm and provide more rigidity.
This is proceeding in process of prepreg carbon lay up by compression moulding under hydraulic pressure
for curing and cooling with a heating tempature over 300 centegrate
in terms of three phases by a different heating hours.
